This is a great advert for the microlab. I'm glad they cut down the bulk from the minilab :)

There's no port for a sustain pedal but I like how the Hold button is the sustain "pedal". Really cool. Definitely gonna look into the Arturia line.

This keybed is better than many $120/ $140 Midi controllers out there.

I love this little keyboard. I play it when I’m away from my Keylab 49. The keys feel just like the Minilab I used to have.

Yes! I have the minilab and Garageband to start, but workflow is slow. What would you recommend? I've been told to get the Maschine MK 3.

Love your videos man!

What about Akai Mini Mpk Vs Arturia Minilab?

I agree about the quality of the minilab keybed. I am a person that needs more octaves otherwise I'd get one

Can you connect arturia microlab to hardware (model cycles, model samples) via usb? Is it work?

I am completely stuck over what to buy. I love the look of the Arturia Minilab MkII and the package of software/sounds you get with it. But have been told that the Novation Launchkey is brilliant. I'm pretty new to Ableton Live (using it for uni) so i'm not that familiar with the range of sounds yet. What would you suggest? (I typically create blues/folk/pop music)

Thanks for demo. Can you take that awful plastic-looking wrap off of it? or stuck? hope they do a white colour so it doesnt look as bad. otherwise, looks perfect to leave on the desk for quick melody ideas.

Man if they could squeeze an audio interface and a wireless sustain pedal into this, it would be the perfect travel controller

I plan to use a micro controller with my android. Can this use batteries?

Hi. If I'm just looking to create my own drum tracks in reaper using software like superior drummer or addictive drums, would this be a good choice for that? Thank you. I've been writing and recording my own songs for a while now but I'm basically a newbie when it comes to midi controllers. Ive been mapping out my drum tracks note for note using the mouse and its so tedious and time consuming.

But it's not more travel friendly than the minilab, because it's longer. If they would just put pitch and mod on top and make the sides as narrow as possible, a full-size 32 key or mini size 37 key controller would fit in almost any backpack
