15 year old Boruto is a lot stronger than any of us imagined, which is saying something, since many of us expected Boruto to come out of the time skip absolutely cracked, however, just how strong is 15 year old Boruto now? Well for starters, he emerged out the three time skip having mastered every jutsu sasuke knew that didn’t require sharingan, he’s learned minato’s flying raijin, made a brand new rasengan that uses the earth’s chakra and orbit called the rasengan uzuhiko, and he’s so strong that just in his base he’s significantly stronger than code without limiters who is using his white karma seal, in spite of that same Code being stronger than Jigen juiced up on ten tails chakra who defeated both naruto and sasuke in episode 204. He’s strong enough in base he toyed around with sage Mode Mitsuki and he defeated Kawaki in one punch, and his new rasengan is so strong that it can shake the entire planet even when he’s holding back. With just a basic rasengan he could cancel out the ten tails clone made up of sasuke and code’s chakra. While we can’t say with certainty base boruto is stronger than Isshiki or Baryon Mode Naruto, but he is clearly in that tier.

One thing that's still impressive here: Boruto does not have anywhere near the chakra reserves that Naruto or Himawari have. I don't know how his reserves compare to Sasuke, but he's not got a lot even for an Uzumaki.

But he is so extremely efficient with what he has. Nevermind his precise control that he can one-hand and shorten hand seals required, he seems like he's drawing out the bare minimum energy for maximum effect.
