solo Q-ing in every game is hard
But in apex is just straight painful

Every game is like "oh one of my teammates died while pushing alone, and the other is still looting that same building where we landed 5 minutes ago... Maybe it's my fault for not communicating? Let me try turn on the VC"

Playing with a squad has so many advantages. Just talking and being on the same page will get you through diamond. When you play solo it's all about being at the mercy of the matchmaking system and ratting to prevent point loss. It's possible to hit masters but man is it frustrating.

This is my struggle every season..I'm easily good enough to hit Master but I always solo queue, I rarely find teams that are good but I squad up when i do and get to D2 pretty quick just to never see them on again and go right back to D4

Been mostly doing solo queue with randoms ever since I started playing this game about a year and half ago. Some people have no idea how frustrating and difficult it is to get out of plat with solo queue. I personally found it really difficult.

Bro I feel your pain. I was in platinum 1 and I had been having good games then all of a sudden no joke 8-10 plus bad games. I don’t mean to blame my teammates, but I mean most of the time I cracked the enemies shields and took off their health and my teammates would be hiding in the back popping off shots into the air. I’ll use my emp ability and scan them as crypto and my teammates would not move in, but all of a sudden these geniuses push when the enemies are full health. Usually one teammate is good or decent at least and the other is just plain garbage. Never fails.

Same struggle but with diamond. Got through halfway Plat II and then got paired with dumb randoms and instantly lost 500 rp. So pissed

I solod to masters. It was actually harder this season. My lobbies were insane. My kills didn't matter this time around. Algs finishes each game. Kinda liked it.

Also the only reason I camp in ranked is because sometimes I don’t get teammates for some reason so if I tried fighting a team I’m dead so I camp to avoid losing rp

Solo q’ing ranked is one of the most frustrating things you can do to yourself. Sometimes I wonder how some of these people get to the ranks that they’re in. They can’t aim, they make really bad decisions and they just plain suck.
