The debate over NASCAR's new charter agreement has heated up, putting the emphasis on 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, which have yet to sign the disputed contract. Industry analysts are already forecasting a court fight as these teams protest NASCAR's demands. 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports are in more trouble than we thought.

101 pages and only 6 hour to sign it, “ Sign the agreement or else “, it’s all about the money with NASCAR . I still think Tony Stewart saw this coming and got out while he could .

Nascar killed its fan base. Now it’s killing the only thing it has left its teams that choose to continue in a sport where cost is killing it! 🙄🤦🏻

With all the money floating around in NASCAR garages why in the hell doesn't someone start a new stock car racing screw NASCAR

As we sit and watch empty stands at Truck, Xfinity and Cup races it is clear that TV money is keeping NASCAR alive. Ticket prices are crazy and drive fans to the TV rather that a seat at the track. I have to wonder if it would be better for the sport to lower seat prices for all but sellout events than to have TV fans seeing all the empty seats. Maybe I'm missing something, but I would rather sell 1000 seats at $10.00 than 100 seats at $100. Either way your gate is the same but the more butts in seats the more you make on concessions and any other "fees" plus full stands make you think you are attending something great rather than being a loser and a bad concert.

So now NASCAR wants to be able to cancel people for their opinions? Why would we be surprised?

NASCAR has become a joke. When I first started going to races in 2001 you could barely find a ticket to a race. Heck Bristol had a few year waiting list for tickets. At Michigan, where my first race was in 2001, it was sold out with 150, 000 fans. Where my seat was in turns 3 & 4 is no longer there. Many tracks have downsized their capacity so it looks less empty. Drivers, who risk their lives every lap, have had their salaries slashed. Heck Dale jr. was making $30, 000, 000 per season, Jimmy & Jeff were $25, 000, 000 or so per season. Heck, you have Corey Lajoie making $200, 000 a year. Obviously he isn’t Dale, Jeff, or Jimmie, but his salary is a freaking joke. NASCAR has repeatedly screwed with the cars, taking away horsepower, making teams buy the chassis’s from them. I miss the racing from the Mid 90’s and early 2000’s., ,

So Steve Phelps seems to be determined to be the Vince McMahon of auto racing.

How about putting it on the regular network so you can watch the damn thing. I don’t have USA Network so I know I’m not the only one.

If the teams and sponsors would stick together on this and not sign the NASCAR agreement then it might change and if NASCAR doesn’t want to come to a more fair agreement for the teams then start a new series and let NASCAR go broke.

Who didn’t see this coming when NASCAR went full Bernie Eccelstone F1 years ago?

Didn't like charters from the beginning, it locks out everyone else ! A lot of good race teams just don't even have a chance

SO IF NASCAR GETS 39% AND THE TRACK GET 10% AND NASCAR OWNS THE TRACK THEN NASCAR GETS 49%

Stopped watching a couple years ago because it simply isn’t interesting anymore! I don’t like the guaranteed race spot if you have a charter. What’s wrong with the old fashioned way! If you qualify, you race, if you don’t, you don’t race! And stop with the full fledged race cars, let’s get back to racing what you can buy from the dealer. If you’re leading and you’re not one of NASCAR’s chosen you can bet there will be a yellow flag coming out to give the chosen a better shot! It’s like watching F1, BORING!

If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything. I wish more teams held out together

The pink elephant in the room is nascar no longer puts out a good product for the fans . We have left and are leaving still. Teams and nascar have forgot us.
