Surely his weak mentality .. Bible also says God is one and its God who revealed himself to mankind in his son Jesus though the powervof the Holy Spirit. But the reliability of the Quran is being questioned now that there is a version that is without interpretation. Meaning you can't insert the name mohammad in parenthesis to guide the reader. Which means when you read the verses, you notice that in context it can refer to an angel, or a group of people, etc. that would change its previous meaning. Such as surah 6: 74 And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said to his father Azar, "Do you take idols as deities? Indeed, I see you and your people to be in manifest error."

Incidentally, I thought Terah was Abraham's father, not Azar?
