The drawing tablet tries to force the cursor on a certain point of the screen
While Minecraft and most of the first person games forces the cursor to stay in the center of the screen

So the tablet and the game both tries to keep the cursor in two different places and makes the camera rotate very hard
He furthest you your pencil is from the center, the faster it will be

The tablet does that because it's constantly setting the absolute pointer location and minecraft interprets that as the pointer constantly moving at the rate to get from the center to that location every frame. :p
