It's the mother of all celebrations as VH1 salutes the sacrifices and enduring love of moms everywhere with its annual Mother's Day celebration. Grammy Award-winners Ashanti, H.E.R., Ciara and more will take part in the all-star event, with Ashanti and H.E.R. performing tributes to their own mothers. On behalf of #SeeHer, Ciara will honor moms who have made strides in advertising and media.

Didn't want to watch the show because my mom just passed away. Decided to watch this little video clip and H.E.R's performance had me balling my eyes out. Miss my mommy so much!! To all who still have your mom, treat her like gold, spoil her, and enjoy every moment you have letting her know daily how special she is to you. Don't allow anything or anyone to hinder or affect your relationship in any way. Thank God I always let my mom know she was the best mom anyone could have and told her not having a dad in my life had zero affect on me because she made up for that missing part where I was 100% content. Shai and SWV took me right back to 1992 can't believe it has been 30 years since both groups dropped their debut albums i can still remember the lady i had a crush on when i was listening to those classic albums and songs especially "Weak" "You're always on my mind" and Shai "waiting for the day" if i could go back and just experience those days for one last time that would be great LOL. long live the Nineties the golden era of RNB Swing.
