Hi man, super video! But i have little question. When i make proxy, media encoder render me mov clip, and it's taken as a proxy. Witch clip i should be using, when i make new project in premiere pro? Original clip or proxy mov clip, to get my sequence smooth again.

Do you know if it would work off of an external 5400rpm HDD? 
I have the mac mini M2 8GB RAM 256GB SSD and was hoping I could add a usb 3.1 external dual dock case with 2X 5400rpm 8TB hardrive to store all my originals and proxies + have a backup. Would editing off of that work?
The original files are: 4K 60fps prores HQ 422 log videos that I capture from my iphone 15 pro max using the blackmagic camera app.
