Quickgrinds Solid Carbide tooling and Schunks Hydraulic backend coupled with the rigidity of Schunk's Vero-S clamping system and vice gives iMachining a great opportunity to be showcased.
Taper ballnose in action finishing the wall and floor of the inner pockets. Designed and produced by Quickgrind specifically for the geometry of this part eliminating the need for blending multiple tools.
