I really wish some of these skins got exclusive emotes to go with them. Like the Officer Dva skin could have been made even better if you were able to activate your emergency lights and a voice line that blares a siren.

You forget one skin I actually consider as really rare :/
The Mvp Zarya Alien Skin.
Due to the Sinatraa controversy they removed the patches/badges and offered ppl refunds (which ik lotta ppl actually took) but if you didnt take the offer you would still remain the skin just without the owl affiliation.
Also due to the sinatraa incident they stopped doing mvp skins all together in fear of having to go through the same drama whenever a pro player gets into the spotlight for some rl controversies.
Also due to Blizzard distancing themselves from Sinatraa and the skin, the alien-skin wasn't resold in the vault like the other mvp skins during the last months of overwatch 1.
So it's mostlikely that they won't ever resell this skin and that just a few number of players own them after the badge-removals which makes it in my book one of the really rare skins.

I don't think Pink Mercy will ever come back because, unlike other skins which Blizzard has sole rights to, Pink Mercy was a charity collaboration between Blizzard and the Breast Cancer Research Institution, meaning that the BCRI are joint owners of the skin and Blizzard would probably need their permission to rerelease it.

Idk if this was normal, but me and my friends got the Strike Commander Morrison for free when we downloaded OW2, along with Reaper’s Blackwatch Reyes skin, Pharah’s Security Chief skin, Tracer’s Slipstream skin, and Bastion’s Overgrown skin. These skins are also available in the watchpoint pack, which I think you may have missed considering you put Strike Commander Morrison on the list.

Back when OW league gave players 200 free tokens I bought 1 reaper SAN F SHOCK skin when thier team colors was just bright Orange and 1 Ana Houston TX skin when it was a different shade of green.

Now that both teams have different colors, I consider them pretty rare now since they are pretty unattatainable now.
