I am not charging my clients for twilio yet since I am only using GHL for texting/review managment. I just cover the cost myself. If I add this as a feature, wont I now be responsible for all Twilio calls that come through that line? The textback feature seems so valuable, but it seems like it will be very costly in twilio fees as my clients are on the phone quite a bit throughout the day.

Wouldn't the twilio bill be extremely high for a local business who is on the phone all day? Is there an alternative where the twilio number just forwards to the businesses number so we can still track calls but not have to pay for the time they spend on the phone?
