Enamel is the same thing as nonstick. The best thing to cook with is non enamel cast iron, stainless steel, and wooden or steel utensils. Cast iron can be found for a few bucks at your local thrift store.

Please use caly pots and pans form cooking . You can research it retains 98% of nutrition while others retaun less than 50%
