Why so much thermal paste? For such a little die you could just spead it and make sure every part of the die is covered so it doesnt swirt dout of the sides as much

You need to be schooled on how to clean a fan properly, the dust that gets in the vents is what blocks the entire airflow.

You didn't clean the fans properly, you added too much thermal paste.
Also it looks like you didn't disconnect the battery, and you cleaned the heat sink with it sat on the motherboard.

I think you should unmount fans ome by one, the gross stuff is more inside than out

You didn't even clean it. The fan vents have a wall of clogged dust which you didnt touch, you left old thermal paste and didnt even disconnect the fan for cleaning.
