Direwolf20 is the root of my life tree. I used to watch over 10 years ago during the old days of industrialcraft and equivalent exchange. Many things have changed in my life, but Direwolf20 remains the same. He is the only constant in the universe, and I appreciate him for this.

Fargo’s is actually a very popular mod from Terraria. It would make you search the whole world to make very powerful accessories that could be combined to form one extremely powerful accessory. Neat to see it in Minecraft, wonder how well it’s implemented.

Excited for mods in 1.21. I play every DW pack and try to keep up with the let's plays too. Hard to believe that I've watched Dire since I was in elementary school and now I'm less than a year away from a college degree. Time flies.

You will always spawn in a village in this pack....a mod makes sure of it

Hey Dire! Fargo's is a mod that started in (and is still updated for) the Terraria modding scene, and it does about the same thing here as it does in that game- adds charms (or accessories in terraria) with unique, powerful effects. The charms then get smushed together into clusters (usually segmented by categories, like "hostile mob" for example), which are also equippable, and basically just combine all the components into one uber charm. And then those clusters get smushed into even more op accessories, yada yada.

The tree felling mod is a pretty good compromise between not giving the players super easy access to a vein miner from the start and also reducing the tedium of early wood gathering/tree clearing.

While I am excited about the new pack, I am also pretty bummed that you're abandoning project architect 2. It's a fun pack that I've enjoyed watching you play and was looking forward to the endgame. You were really just getting going on it... oh well

Bummer. I like to play along with Dire in the same world, but it seems some world generation mod changed from when Dire started to today. While I also started in a village using his seed, the village and the world around it are quite different from what Dire has.

sev tech didnt start punching wood it was collecting rocks and sticks if i remember right and there are some skyblocks that have different starts suchas modern skyblock i think 2 its one of them that has you have an option to work towards a tree in various methods
