Zenitsu is probably top 5 because his blade never broke once if I remember. Plus zenitsu also hit muzan mult. times. He gave muzan a struggle, just because he was fast. Not only that after muzan was defeated, zenitsu's sword was still fine and he hit multiple strike against demon king tonjiro. After that his blade was still FINE.

It’s almost guaranteed Yoriichi is gonna be first simply because he’s the strongest slayer ever. In terms of general blades, kokushibō quite literally takes it. It’s already tougher than most nichirin blades and, if it does break, it can regenerate and he can manipulate its shape plus release moon blades from the blade itself. Kokushibō has the strongest overall blade considering everything it has going for it since every other blade is made of regular nichirin, just the user makes it strong

It is told multiple times in demon slayer.. it’s not blade that’s weak, it’s the wielded that makes it weak or powerful. Sanemi honed himself to that level of sword mastery.. the same blade would’ve been broke by tanjiro after some random upper moon.. heck he’s been doing that almost every ark..
