Bhaiya, I stop reading after 09:00pm usually, and at exam times, it is max 09:15pm. After that, I eat my dinner and I have my night routine, where I wirte my diary, read a non-fiction book, meditate, pray and finally sleep. I uaually sleep at 10:30 and wake up at 06:00am. (Even if there are exams and my courses aren't completed!) Because, if I do not get a good night's rest, my brain is foggy throughout the day and I foget everything, of what I have understood. I have been a topper of my school since my 01st class, but the transition from 08 to 09 hits hard. Just gave my Periodic Test-01 and got a reality check. Thank you again, bhaiya, for your valuable content. Please, bring more of such content. Love from Odisha🙏🏻
