Well, there is news on the horizon, just as I work on other videos.

This time, about the #Mercenaries #Kickstarter, and #HumbleBundle for #Battletech fiction.

700 us worth of books at a suggested rate of 35 us. I was wanting to get back into the book side of the universe and this is very tempting.

The giant humble bundle is a very interesting move, especially considering the prospective roadmap that came out with Adepticon being so focused on more Dark Age and Ilclan designs.

Good for those who couldn't make it to the Kickstarter, as they'll get the double-sized Shrapnel, and the ELH and Kell Hounds books too.

And the Top tier? Excellent for those who really, really want to dig deep into BT lore (and somehow don't have any BT books at all).

One important thing to be aware of - if you purchased the previous bundle (basically 60 of the first 63 BattleTech novels released last year) you don't need to go for the top tier as the only difference between the top tier and the next one down is the full content of the previous bundle and nothing else.

Info: If you do not need the 2023 Legend Bundle, you can get all the Dark Age novels for just €16, 64.
The supported Charity is American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which is fine in my book.

for someone who's only familiar with the PC games, the masterpiece animated series, and countless hours of Critical Rocket and Tex videos, is there any suggested order to the books? With 130 items, I'm definitely in on the bundle but where the hell does one even start?!
