Sounds amazing through that Laney but most common folk don’t have Laney amps. I see this a lot with YouTube pedal demos using Laneys, Freedman’s, and high end Mesa Boogie’s but it doesn’t give the masses a realistic sound reproduction. Love your channel but I’d like to see this mofetta played through a more widely used amp like a fender Princeton or Deluxe type amps.

Every tool is great in the hands of a great tool wielder. In my opinion, your gear demos have got to be some of the best on youtube. You're an amazing guitarist, and that lets you pull out the true potential in these products.

Hey Tom,

I wanted to thank you for creating your Visualizing the Fretboard course. I've been learning guitar for about three months now, and I discovered your course about a month and a half into my journey. I've been very dedicated to learning theory and truly understanding how to play the instrument, rather than just copying tabs. Certain subjects would stump me, especially when trying to connect different scale shapes and the CAGED system.

Finding your channel and subsequently purchasing your course on intervallic functions made everything click for me. It helped me connect the dots and understand how to turn that information into music. The entire learning process has become so much clearer and more enjoyable.

I sometimes feel like I waited too long to start learning guitar, even though I just turned 23, but the amount of time I’ve put in, combined with the teachings from you and various YouTubers (including Jack Gardiner), has made me feel like I’ve gained over two years’ worth of learning in just three months. Now, I just need to better my technique to catch up with all this newfound information.

Thanks

Fantastic. Gain half up with texture switch up sounded very amp like. Cascaded mosfets for the win.

I really enjoyed the combo of your tone and playing with this pedal--especially at the mid-to-higher gain sounds. Also, looking forward to seeing you again at Woodshed this year!

I wish I could step on the pedal twice or hold the button down to change the positions of the switch.

Clean tone was far too broken up to be called that. Could barely tell what the pedal was doing after the initial introduction.

You "clean tone" is not exactly clean, is it? I mean, it sounds great. But it's already pretty hairy.
