TALLGRASS PRAIRIE NATIONAL PRESERVE | State #5 Kansas | WE HIKED WITH BISON!! 🦬

I'm not sure what I expected but the TALLGRASS PRAIRIE NATIONAL PRESERVE far exceeded by expectations. The Spring Hill Farm House is absolutely incredible. It was built almost 150 years ago and you can still see the extravagance. Beautiful! But, the wildest part??? WE HIKED WITH BISON!! That's right...no fences or enclosures. Just us and the bison. It was amazing and terrifying all at the same time! I wish we could have better portrayed this so you could feel the excitement we felt!

KANSAS is STATE #5 in our goal to visit all 48 states! I'm so excited to see what our next state will be!!
