i have a question, ive been observing especially with xiaomi phones and now this realme, is it good to have ram on top of chipset or is it better to separate them ?

I mistakenly pressed the SIM ejector into the mic hole to remove the SIM. However, sound is coming out of the mic. Is the mic damaged as well? Please clear my confusion.
