Would first setup be good without Z plate or Cora heart plate? Just sheriff's plate

Still liking the Cora's plate with triple red, mainly as that a more common plate than a Sheriff's or a Nightmare insignia. No gear but do have moment so mainly running him like first build

I don't have moment nor gear. Tell me one thing if u want to choose between Terry Funk (with moment) and Striker Mohammad Ali (without gear, without moment, without solo sikoa as coach but with Sheriff's badge) who will you choose for 6sg
I know one is from Legend era and the other is from Attitude Era I just wanna know if you have to take any one between these 2 to 6sg who would you choose

I like this star but the lack of gear declasses it from further upgrades. But apt use of the sheriff's skillplates. Personally I only use it for Mick foley hof, budda and Hulk Hogan immortal Or Hogan ghostbuster
