A painful accident has happened in Mandi district this morning. One person has died in this accident. The taxi going from Mandi to Manali fell into a 100 feet gorge near Kun Mod (Julah) Kharsi at 5 am. Taxi driver Bhupendra s/o Anant Ram Ward No. 9 Siuni Dhar Village Nathan District Kullu was seriously injured in the accident. Local villagers Somdat, Surendra, Fateh Singh and others rushed to the spot to help the driver when they heard the sound of the car falling. Arrived. The villagers took the injured driver out of the car and sent him to Gohar Civil Hospital Gohar through 108 ambulance. But the driver died before reaching Gohar Hospital. Due to one way traffic, the taxi was going from Mandi to Kullu via Baya Kadha.
