The DC Housing needs private management to to run each apartment complex this is what they have in Atlanta Housing they have private management company running their apartments and it works. I give credit to the Atlanta Housing they take care of their buildings.

Drain the swamp. Like many DC government agencies, DCHA is rife with incompetence and (nepotism/cronyism) this is a top down problem. DCHA should focus on hiring qualified and properly trained employees.

Well, as a veteran resided 6 years on a choice housing voucher year 2009 under DCHA Voucher transfer after a year, my request 2years well into transfer policy was totally ignored, therefore 2013 relocated to Boston Massachusetts w/o any type housing voucher assistance. My opinion the DCHA has been a defunctional mismanagement, my concern refused response to A Choice Voucher Transfer request ...beats me...Thanks.

Private ownership works. Diversity is wrong headed in these same situations. Who wants that while their houses are flooded? Just fix the problems i dont care what color you are. Be good at what you do and fix it. ❤️

The alternative is to acquire skills that people need and will pay well. That way, you have a good income coming in and can move out. But no, you prefer relying on the government for your housing. They will fail again
