Finally made it to the end of this challenge. Even though it was 5 minutes a day, it was challenging, and I'm so proud of all of us for making it through. Thank you for putting this together, Lauren! Appreciate you and your channel so much!

It was not easy, but my core has drastically improved. I can now wear my high heels and walk confidently after having 2 c-sections. Thank you so much Lauren

I absolutely loved this program. I really noticed a difference. The 5 minutes made it manageable but also felt like it was really working. Thank you would love more of these short challenges

So glad you did this challenge - thank you! I really appreciated that you showed a variety of variations for each exercise; sometimes I got to feel proud that I could do the harder variation (at least part of the time), but it was helpful to have the easier variations to fall back on when I tired or was just having a bad core day.😅. As someone else noted, it was also very useful to have the workouts be only five minutes; it’s amazing how, as a busy mum, five minutes can seem doable where ten minutes does not! While I still have a ways to go, I could feel noticeable core function improvement at the end of 21 days! 😊. Thank you again, and congratulations to everyone who made it through this challenge!

Just finished the 21 days! I’m just over 2 years post c section but really trying to strengthen my core. Loved the 5 min a day format and would love other challenges like this.
Going to go back and repeat this challenge as I’m hoping to be better at the harder ones by the end next time! Thank you Lauren ❤

I loved this challenge and plan to go through it again for the next 21 days and try the harder variations! I loved throwing it in after other workouts/runs and having something to do everyday! Can’t wait to do it again and see what other challenges you have in the future!

Thank you so much for this challenge! It was nice to finish one for once 😂, i would love to do more of this because they weren't that long in kept me motivated this was really nice since with a toddler i don't always find the time ❤
