Can’t believe they brought this beautiful game back with improved visuals, even though they basically still do sims speech, they are more expressive in the faces

I just LOVE how beautiful the game is and how surreal the mechanics are. Everything from the epic/medieval soundtrack to the gentle rustling of leaves and the waterfalls makes me sigh and feel what the characters feel, even the butterflies in my stomach when they had to escape from the dog or when they slid down rooftops and slopes. It's charming, deep, and yet simple, very reminiscent of how avatars work in The Sims, but it doesn't change the game's magnificence at all. The storytelling is incredible, even though they don't speak a real language that can be translated, but their facial expressions and gestures don't need any translation. It's a game that I'll definitely play when i (finally) buy a video game. Starbreeze killed it, man.

wow, I just now finished the original game today. Then I search on youtube and I found out here in this video that ps5 has a remake of this. the original has an impresive visuals and story that made me feel sad. What a nice game it deserve to have a remake.

Naia's death was completely unnecessarily in my eyes. He knew the lady was a spider but still he came near her only to end up with get killed by her in front of Naiee. It was his fault for not listening Naiee when he tried to tell they shouldn't enter to cave...I am pitiful for Naiee, his young mind probably blamed himself for not being insisted on convince Naia. Naia's death was like just to create a drama in the game😒 It would be better if their dad died. I loved the game but really, his death was for an empty reason. He should have been suspicious of her because well...The lady literally jumped from wall to wall, pushed a rock with ease. Isn't it "a bit" odd for a human😅

i love the original, but unfortunately can not bring myself to like the remake as much. the graphics are beautiful, but i like the artistic charm the original had with it, and the final flying montage plus especially the ending had nowhere near the impact they did in the original.
