Man, prestonplayz (and a lot of similar youtubers) went from "wholesome minecraft youtuber for kids" to a " churn out as much slop as possible" youtuber really quickly.

I remember loving his hide and seek videos when I was younger. Hell, I used to go back and watch them occasionally.

I don't think I'll be doing that anymore.

I’m actually really glad you covered this. I’ve known for a long time that these are fake, but my brothers (who are fans of Preston) haven’t. as someone that was a moderator for his discord server for years, and who has worked with/for him a couple times, it really is sad to see how far he's declined over the years. I miss when his content was just a simple genuine good time, now everything's scripted and faked. He hardly even treats his own workers right anymore.

I used to watch Preston as a kid, so like ...10 years ago?
when i watched him, he would do a bunch of bedwars and server game stuff. he was really chill, and spoke way less emphasized. As a kid, I actually preferred him cause he was one of the few who wasn't so over the top. now that im 24 and somehow seeing this, it makes me quite sad to see how far he has fallen...
