I bought the irig stream, but it is not working for instagram LIVE...i can record a publication, a story, and it works perfectly, but with instagram live the sound is horrible, a very loud noise, can't listen anything else. Is there something to do?

Instagram live and Facebook live always summed my stereo signal to mono when using a usb mixer with my iPhone and camera connection kit. How will this device combat that limitation? Is th at something in iOS software?
