I sell at vesting and turn the money around into ETFs.

I lost $30k holding onto company rsu vests for 10 years-I figured I was smart and I would stay long and win.
Yeah and then they went private and forced me to sell.
Get rid of your RSUs the second they vest and diversify.

My RSUs vest on a quarterly basis and I've generally just sold them each quarter. But at this point in the market, the stock price is WAY down and I'm wondering if there's a point where it just makes sense to hold on to the RSUs. The stock was around $16 at the beginning of the year and is now around $6, but I'm fairly confident the price is going to rebound when interest rates decrease and mortgage demand increases. What do you think? Should I just sell regardless of how low the price drops?
