Swedish Medical Center in Seattle partnered with RAD to solve a critical challenge during the construction of its new 20-story medical tower. RAD provided a 12,000 sq ft modular sterilization processing facility in only 100 days, ensuring uninterrupted surgical services. This two-story building, connected to the surgical suite, includes decontamination and clean holding areas, elevators, and more. Factory-fabricated with essential sterilization equipment, the solution allowed Swedish Medical Center to stay on schedule and meet the sterile processing needs during construction.
