I made these last week. I have been wanting to make something from your channel. This stuck with me.
We had a family emergency that required I travel in a car. I made up a double portion. I packed them on ice in the cooler. They traveled well. They reheated well. I refrigerated them where I stayed. They made me feel full on my long trips I made. The flavor became better the more time went by. I could have packed sandwiches, hamburgers, fried chicken. I went with this. I would do it again.
