'Sundown' (Live) - Michael Mott & Friends

In 2019 I was approached by producers, Hannah Balagot and Veronica Carr, to compose the score to their dance short, "Sundown." The film focuses on a woman with Alzheimer's and her husband experiencing one magical day in NYC. My own Nana suffers from this horrible disease and I knew I wanted to be involved. I wanted to write and create a piece for her. Today is my Nana's 90th Birthday and it felt appropriate to share this live video. My band and I debuted this piece live at "Michael Mott & Friends" Third Annual Holiday Show in NYC on November 11, 2021 at The Green Room 42. Filmed by Don Simon.
