This soulful interpretation takes me back to the numerous times I saw Roy play live. Unfortunately the fans didn't show in number like you would expect. That made it easy for me to walk right up to the stage and witness Roy's playing. Drink in hand, give Roy a toast and he would lock eyes with you. An impish grin on his face, he would then start bending the strings like he was playing to my soul. Same feeling here. Thank you Elizabeth Day.
