I remember playing pantheon of Hollownest I took so long and when I did it, do you ever get so emotional and cry when you achieve victory on something you tried to do for so long? Yeah I just cried for like 10 mins straight or something after beating it. That was my hardest achievement.

No way I’m stuck on pantheon 5 and it is so brutal

There are still achievementless challenges that give rewards out there such as pantheon bindings which gift lifeblood and a sick hunter's journal entry, or things like P5 hitless which gifts a light on the main stone on the pantheon, or the path of pain which gifts a lore cutscene and a journal entry. Other than that is miscellaneous small things you may had missed or forgotten.
And if you're really feeling the want for more, you can get some mods and go crazy with those lol.

I would say a fun challenge is to go hitless as long as possible.

I recently beat the Radiant Radiance after god knows how many attempts and let me tell you it was a feeling of relief like no other to know that it was finally over and I could rest. My inability to complete that challenge haunted me for actual years and I'm so happy I finally did it. Everyone goes on about Radiant Markoth but more me Radiant Abs Rad was a billion times harder and beating her after so long is one of my proudest gaming achievements.

Steel heart is pretty chill once you get enough stuff. Once you're that late in the game you're not really gonna die. Worst case you can save scum

Here is a tip that sounds insane but thank me later
Beat each boss fight on ascended, ppl find this EZ and considering they do 2 masks of damage try overcharming yourself when going for pantheons and casual playthrough, you already can deal with double mask of damage so you can OP for just 2 mask damage you will be unstoppable
I use: Strength, Mark of pride, quick slash, steady body and shaman stone and oof every fight got easier

I fully recommend getting mods and playing pale court mod, it's basically all the other pale bosses that weren't mentioned!

Pantheon bindings. Those things are harder than radiant challenges.

You can try randomiser after I had all the achievements like you a was asking myself the same question and a friend of mine told me to try randomiser

I personally enjoy the randomizer for this. It let's you keep playing the same game while also keeping it fresh. You cN also make it easier or harder by adding different curses and new abilities.

Challenge idea: unlock the game till you get the desolate flower then defeat all bosses going from there and beat the game with the desolate flower still intact

The problem for me in Pantheon 5 was the radiance, it was so fucking difficult
