She "jokes" a lot about "checking up on" her employees or like she just said, "sitting in her car and watching them work"... and while I think a lot of people TAKE that as a "joke", I bet that even the employees that are doing 100% correct 100% of the time are STILL going to feel harassed or put on the spot unnecessarily.
I have personally always hated working for managers / business owners who behaved this way..
