Make Unique in FL Studio - [FL Studio Tutorial]

Make Unique in FL Studio is a very powerful feature which allows you to clone a pattern (duplicate an exact clone of an existing pattern), and then have two unique versions to be used in the Playlist.

You can quickly change up a sound in the cloned pattern to immediately add freshness to your listener's ears in your arrangement.

so basically everytime i want to start using this program, some shit happens that makes me stop using it. this time is it that i found a cymbal that i really liked and given the fact that it sound like an A note, i tried to create 2 patterns of the drums and what it does is that if i modify what happens on one pattern, i changed them all. i cant find a way to just change pattern 1 and not pattern 2. what should i do?

But whenever I duplicate audio clips for example riser and then make it unique it just disappears

How can one do this in case of audio clips, I mean for vocals lots of layering can be applied, now if you want to cut 2 or 3 seconds portion of that audio and apply different FX on it without affecting original one.
Basically what I do is select that portion and render it from mixer, but is there any easier and quicker way to do this?? Like for DAW which are working on "track wise FX", it is very easy (just cut that portion and clone it into a saperate track!).

Hey I need help. What if I make something unique, let's say some piano chords, and I want to add extra reverb on only those, how do I do sow? When making unique it doesn't add a new channel in the channel rack, so I can direct it to my mixer

can you help me ? i have nexus on pattern 1 with piano preset now i want nexus on pattern 2 aswell but with a different preset but whenever i switch it on pattern 2 it changes it for pattern 1 aswell ? how can i fix that?
