911 Telecommunicators Week 2024

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office employees dozens of 911 telecommunicators answering more than 600,00 emergency and non-emergency calls each year. It's one of the largest consolidated dispatch centers in the upper Midwest. During this National Public Safety Telecommunicators week we'd like to introduce you to some of the folks behind the voices.
