My Sim had twins with Grim. Not a happy story.
First of all she had to call on him with the grimaphone to come meet his kids as he couldn't give a poop to be there. Then he did not autonomously interact with them and just stood there while they cried. Sad.
Also, Grim is a pretty selfish lover. Her relationship with Grim cleared to nothing during the 3 days that she gave birth and took care of the newborn twins. During which, I kept getting notifications that Grim was "unsatisfied with the relationship." What a douche. lol

If you get the prompt with Grim calling and asking if he should accept a proposal, say yes! It glitched my game to have us engaged, and from there I was able to elope immediately and get him in my household. Do not summon with grimaphone, it won’t work if you do, I had to invite him to come to current lot through my relationship tab. Also heard planning a wedding does not work, which is why I eloped.

My sim Bailee had a daughter with Grim! They had a good relationship but eventually broke up and she got together with Lou Howell (which they have a son now too) and now with Bailee's daughter grown up into a young adult and married, Blaire (Bailee and Grim's daughter) has a daughter now too which possesses the Grim Descendant trait! According to the trait information, because she is the granddaughter of Grim, it says "Offspring from a Grimborn sim carry on the legacy of the Reaper"!! I think it's super cool!

I'm more of a Sim builder than a Sim family player. I tried this once but never made to making baby because as I said I'm a Sim builder so I got bored, I left it hahahhaha

I've been trying but grim doesn't woohoo with my sim, one playthrough he did but my sim died so she couldn't have a baby and he'd only woohoo in the crypt. Next playthrough he wouldn't woohoo altogether even when I brought my sim back to life 😭
