Definitely the greatest striker in my opinion... easily the forward for my all-time starting XI. Leave a like if you think so too ❤️

If I had to make an all time starting XI, Ronaldo would without a doubt be my striker. Who would you choose for yours?

Leave a like if you enjoyed 👍

edit: pulled a wooops and kept saying hyperthyroidism instead of HYPOthyroidism, I know the difference between the two though, trust me 😭

Ronaldo played for Milan, Inter Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid. And he’s loved by all of those fans. That’s how good he was.

Just for the young folks here. Ronaldo 9 El Fenómeno was so good that when I was in the stadium you could hear the fear (from the opposite team’s supporters) and gasping for anticipation (from the Barcelona supporters) every time he got the ball in the midfield ! In those days strikers were purely area players. He was so good and dangerous that catching the ball in the midfield everybody knew he could run and score. Only Ronaldinho and Messi later gave me the same sensations.

Ronaldo currently owns Real Valladolid from Spain and Cruzeiro (the team that have shown him to Brazil before he being sold to PSV) from Brazil. Both teams made up to the first division this year and will play with the top teams in 2023.

He's that one character who got nerfed so he wouldn't break the game

in Brazil, it was commonly said that if he never had any injury he would’ve surpassed Pele in greatness. To me the fact that he won Brazil the 2002 world cup after just coming back from injury was perhaps one of the greates feats ever in the history of the sport.

He was so good, even his own body couldn't handle it

His skills were extremely above his physical body. It's so sad how he was let down by his knee condition but he still managed to get back to play and win a World Cup, it's incredible.
His desire to play and win was even stronger than his injuries.

I met him in Paris during one of his recuperations. He was incredibly friendly and played football with my 6 year old son. Class Act.

The greatest striker of all time in his prime.

Inter made one hell of a mistake rushing him back from injury.

It can’t be overstated how merciless he was on the pitch. He made a stray pass a defence-killing pass, his movement and his touch was out of this world. He only needed a sniff of a chance and the ball would be in the onion bag.

What a player he was.

Ronaldo's story is that of a true champion. Not only is he one of the most skilled players to ever live, but all the things that he had to overcome as an athlete is an inspiring tale to anyone facing adversity in life. He's a prime example of why we Brazilians are so passionate about football.

It's funny that he dropped school at 11, and now he speaks 4 languages and he is a successful entrepreneur!

the fact that he never truly peaked, yet his actual peak is higher than pretty much everyone else, is why he's the goat in my book

I was absolutely spoiled growing up in Brazil in the 90’s with this guy as one of heroes in the national team. It’s amazing to see what Messi and CR7 have done but there was a special magic back then that I haven’t felt it in the Messi, CR7, Mbappe era.

He was literally the full package, great speed, strenght, poise, amazing ball skills, passing and high IQ.

The man played for the greatest rivalries in football:
-Real Madrid & Barcelona
-AC Milan & Inter Milan
And everyone loved him, that is a testament of greatness

He was my neighbour for some while in Belo Horizonte, when he played for Cruzeiro, at the very beginning of his career. He was already huge back then. Strange to realize how far this kid has gone.
