I have been using this for about a week. I want to add a couple of things.
First, it doesn’t have ‘sleep’ mode. Don’t forget to unplug it at night if you don’t have time to top up your phone in the morning. It took about 7-10% battery life throughout the night but yours might be different.
Second, they have firmware update (via windows) on their website to make the physical volume buttons works independently of the source. I haven’t tried this myself because I use those buttons for changing tracks instead.
My overall experience with this dongle is satisfying, the power is ample and I don’t use portable source for inefficient headphones anyway.

No themes I'm a big fan of your work and opinions . I'm about to buy a headphone, so my question is, yes you have many headphones, but when you sit relax and you grab that one headphone you listen to the most, just one or two for some nice vocals, instruments, some bass, which one you use most ?

8:18 what are you talking? T1 specs are 100 db at 1mW, impedance 32 ohms.... any cellphone could drive it without any external DAC. This is rudimentary science.

I didn't like the sound of those A&K dacs, in fact, I felt they were a real rip off at those prices. There's a lot of digital connotation going on enhancing the sound, only works for abrasive music styles IMO.

For less money you can buy a much more powerful dongle dac JCally AP10. It is also balanced and single ended, with approximately the same features and two CS43131 chips. No background noise, works well and sounds good.

u claim all dacs sounded the same: first this is impossible second (lets assume that u r not deliberately misleading but u dont have the capacity to differentiate) if so then there is no meaning of a review:"Why r u taking our time?". THIS IS NOT A REVIEW. THIS IS A PROMOTION / A COMMERCIAL.
