Hajime no Ippo Rounds 1384-1385 ANIMATED

This took a few months using Pencil2d, Audacity, and Kdenlive. Animation based on Hajime no Ippo by George Morikawa, which is a great manga that you should all go and read.

Also big thanks to @Tony_Jeffries for his excellent videos. I learned a lot about boxing and then how to draw boxing.

I really appreciate how fast you made the jabs and punches yet managed to give them such a weighty feel and the extra shots where you only see the foot turning is very nice. My absolute favorite is how the punches are like only 2 or 3 frames at most but the air around the punch is there and it makes your brain fill out the motion of the punch god this is actually amazing fantastic work definitely staying to see more of these animations.

This is pretty much how I'd want a S4 of HNI to look like. The weight of the punches, boxing fundamentals, the Hien and White Fang. Absolutely great stuff.

The way you animated this fight that shows how much Ippo improved his boxing IQ and his natural prowess in his retirement is sooo good. It may not be possible but I wish they continue the anime with animations like this

Pivot points Clean. The white fangs all made me jump. THAT WHITE FANG parry with each hand catching a punch. A Grade bruv solid stuff I'll gladly tune in for more. Also your exchanges are on point as well.

I decided to compare this animation to the actual manga fight and holy shit you got the fight down perfectly, You skipped all the dialogue and the ribcage break part to make it seem like an actual real-time boxing match, the panels where they trade punches super fast are actually all captured here in fast speed but not too fast to not know what's going on, if the fight was just the fighting and nothing else I imagine it would be exactly like this. Holy fuck man you've outdone yourself, amazing job
