Your greatest concern should be the people in Western North Carolina that are still sleeping in tents

YES! Greatest concern should be OUR residences struggling after Devastation from HELENE!
These folks WILL continue to need HELP for many months!!

Appalachia is resilient... Our State government MUST continue to PROTECT lives, livelihoods, and the LAND of Western NC!

Residents of OUR mountains, valleys, foothills strive to protect this beautiful land! They will do everything in their power to do so.

WE must AID them to protect from any whom may seek to profit from Western North Carolina's vulnerability! Same as WE would do for our Coastal areas and Piedmont.... either heavily developed or rural!

Keep in mind.... while this storm will impact most of NC, which brings awareness now... Winter is NOT over! Those greatly impacted by Flood and Landslide will experience DANGEROUS conditions longer than the rest of NC.

With our most western counties experiencing prolonged FREEZING TEMPS, they should remain under a STATE OF EMERGENCY while they recover from devestation from Helene!

When this round of snow melts in Western NC, I urge our new Governor to take a thorough... ON GROUND, and WALKING tour of the destruction from HELENE... before they get more snow. Please.
