Honestly, very close. Both bosses seem to do pretty well against each other to the point where it's not a "if they use this, they win, if not, they lose". This is basically a coinflip, because despite being able to be staggered easier, Gundyr still puts up a hell of a fight. If this was done, say, 100 times, it would be a near 50/50 split, I feel.
