We reached a big Milestone! The fourth generation of ISCAD (Intelligent Stator CAge Drive).
We have technically improved the inverter and eliminated the PCBs. This has allowed us to achieve a reduction in size and mass of the inverter of 50% compared to Generation 3. This new, more compact design, with power electronics and motor together, is already smaller than conventional induction motors of the same performance class. It can be easily integrated into a drive axle.
The new generation also uses fewer components, which makes the inverter both: cheaper and more robust.
