Hi Youtube,
In this video I'm building the Italeri Bugatti F35B. I will be using mainly Mr Hobby, Tamiya, VMS, Ammo by Mig and Abtielung 502 products.

Please see some useful links to products below:

I have not been paid by any of the companies mentioned to promote their products. All products have been paid for by me personally and promotion is for information purposes. However I am a hobby shop owner and I do sell most of the products mentioned to the public.

I hope you enjoy the video.

Happy modelling
Andy

I am getting back into the hobby after about 30 years away. I am amazed with the products available today and this video is going to become my mentor/guide for all my future endeavours - I don't know how you know/learn all these techniques but they truly are excellent and so much help for us newbies. Thanks for sharing

Absolument superbe, un régal pour les amateurs de modèles réduits, une vraie leçon !

As a "dabbler" over thr years, im blown away by the level of attention to detail you bring to your builds!! I would love to see #2 car build be the Airfix 1/12 Bentley 4½ litre.... my old man built one one when i was a kid but thats was a "as was" out of the box job. So glad i stumbled onto your channel, the mix of your skill level, quality filming, precise narrative and subtle background music works so well.

I thought this was another one of those videos where they restore old model cars. Was pleasantly surprised to find that its exactly the opposite. You went and weathered a new model. It looks so much cooler with that rustic look 👏🏼

Love what you've done there. I happen to know one of the foremost bodywork creators and restorers in the World and he should see this. Despite their priceless nature, the majority of surviving cars are multi generation owned and used/abused as originally intended. They do get thrashed and trashed and and crashed, have been for the best part of 90 years. Great job and thanks for showing as the real ones should look. Forget the museum beauties and trailer queens.

Great video of a really great build which incidentally looked even better in the flesh when I visited your amazing shop on Saturday.

Always wanted to see a full build of one of these big scale vintage racing cars. I see you've put the weathering skills you apply to the aircraft you normally do to great use here. Impressive! Driven hard and put away wet is how I think you'd describe this car.

The amount of attention to detail you have put into this build is amazing - but so is the result!!! I have one question though: how do you keep track of all the different weathering stages - when to do what, in what order, and so on?

Superb attention to detail, great look. (you missed a spot, *chuckling*)

Model Looks Fantastic, Only thing I would have changed is the Bonnet Straps, the Bugattis I worked on were "Leather" not Fabric . And the Seat Looks a little too uniform in texture . I would have used a Leatherette Covering to add depth and the Drivers position would certainly been additionally very more worn and slightly sunken down .
Cheers !

Amazing model, with such a magnificent detail level!
But, in another line of though, how can someone (in real life) own such a superb automobile and then neglect it to such a degree... It's beyond me.
