Single Player: Kill 10 enemies in a single Supercharge boost
Mission 7: Gods & Monsters: I think this can only be done here, not too sure though, try and grab an alien gun and jump into the Ceph Mindcarrier, once you get out you will be fully supercharged, i found it better to target them first so i know where they was coming from, just be quick about it because the supercharge will run out.
