Wow, all those years at a wholesaler and we did not do it right! We threw in the box in the center, so it was rubbing against a bunch of bags! ugggh nobody told us! thanks for the info

The brown paper bag is so much easier. Stole that off of lotsoffish on aquabid years ago. Saves time and $2 for 100 is cheap.

i just performed a home test on a heat pack, it never heated up during 3 days, it was stiff, so i cruched it and squeezed it to get the materials loose, then it warmed up, is this normal?

I have no problem with medium flat rates and larger with heat packs/72 hours. I had issues last year with the 7x7x6 getting way too hot and lost a few fish. Any advice on that?

I ordered bolivian rams from imperial tropicals on the 11th they were shipped on the 14th priority mail to sonoma california they arriving on the 18th they were shipped with an heat pack do you think they will survive they got delayed in transit they did not come on Jan 17th
