Ford CEO Jim Farley is completely out of touch with the people who want buy their trucks.

Quality continues to go down...

Prices keep going up...

And dealer lots are still stocked with overpriced trucks that people can no longer afford to buy.

In Q1 of 2024 Sales of the f150 truck fell a staggering 13 percent compared to the same time last year.

Truck buyers are done overpaying for these unreliable expensive trucks and in today's video I want to show you exactly why that is happening.

If I don't buy, you don't buy, they will discount more.

100k for a bronco is an easy way to be laughed at anywhere you go

I'm a marine contractor in Florida. I needed a new 2500 service truck for my business. after looking at 6 different dealers i bought a used Chevy 2500 over a new one, I can not justify paying almost $100K for a work truck. If something does not change in the USA we are all gonna be screwed.

Just remember kids, if you wreck it the day after you drive it off the lot, the insurance company will rarely ever pay you back any of that dealer markup.

40k for a Maverick?! $50k for a Ranger?! $70K FOR A F-150?!

Who in the actual hell would pay these prices? These are DOUBLE what they should cost.

Also K02 tires are terrible for snow and ice

Why aren't Broncos selling anymore? Easy, now that they have been around awhile people are realizing they are an overpriced unreliable shitbox.

It wasn't that long ago that $30k was the base price of an F150

The most important aspect of a truck is reliability. Trucks are for work and when the truck is broken, no work happens.

$70k for a Ford Ranger with a “Raptor” sticker on it.
They can choke on that truck.

Greasy dealerships. It’s all smoke and mirrors. We will give you a 5% discount on a truck that we raised the price 30% over the past couple of years. Brand loyalty runs deep with some folks. Once they jump ship, it’s very difficult to get them back.

i remember when the ford CEO said he would fine and possibly rescind a dealerships ability to sell new fords if they were caught adding markups. guess he lied and just said that to save face.

I wouldn’t pay anywhere near msrp. The msrp has been marked up rediculously in the last two years.

You know the world gone nuts when a ford pick up is 150k. In 2001 you could buy 3x freightliner FL70 4x2 chassis cabs @49k each. Allowing for inflation these pickups are 60% overpriced.

its not just trucks going up, its everything. ATV's, boats, campers, housing, food, farm equipment, lawn mowers... everything.

Who are the idiots that are spending $150K for a Raptor?! Everyone in their lives have failed them.

You said it.. the dealerships don't have any of the low to mid range models and what they have. They MARKUP ! Yet you can go on-line and build one from the manufacturer website FOR SUBSTANTIALLY LESS. The dealerships don't like it and have a fit if you want to order one... it's all just ridiculous. Question is WHY ? Inflation is one thing... but this is beyond that.

I've been driving Ford trucks for 40 years. I won't buy another one.

The people who pay those prices should be red flagged.
