11:00 what you not seem to notice is, you have iGPU as well and the computer is using 16GB of the 32GB system memory for VRAM, so in total you have 32GB of VRAM (16 iGPU + 16 GPU). So you can run the 14b 720p model without the 8q variant. Try that and see how long it takes to generate.
