Knee Drive Ring Push-ups

An easy way to add extra load to push-ups is to drive one knee up. By having the knee up it forces your opposite side pec to work harder via your anterior oblique sling. This is in conjunction with the extra weight added by the airborne leg.
There’s also a massive increase in core stability demands in anti-rotation and anti-extension.
Key points:
1. Tall neck/puppet spine
2. Drive one knee up and dorsiflex the foot
3. Stay as tight as possible and don’t go too deep where you lose muscular tension
You could do one whole set on one leg and then change sides or change every 1/2/3 push-ups
