I think potato ki supply increase karega kyoki itne costly tomato kon purchase karega . Example McDonald’s ne bhi apne burger me tomato dalna band kar diya because tomato price very high . Practically wo whi krega jo uski inventory ko suit krta hoga. Kuki potato hold krke bhi usko loss h inventory rent ka. Market me to nikalna pdega hi. Tomato ki supply wo temporary hold kr skta h taki aur better price pr sell kre. Aur agr log alternatively potato jyada consume krre h high price tomato ki wajeh se, in that case wo potato ki supply bhi increase krega.
I don't think koi straight answer possible h kuki bhut sare external factor affect krre hote h real market ko.
